Draft Rules regarding The Central Labour Laws (Amendment) Rules, 2018 - Notification dated 01-05-2018- Inviting Suggestions-Comments-Inputs   ||    Labour Code on Social Security 2018 Version 2.1   ||    BILINGUAL FAQ on Social Security Code 2018   ||    Ease of Compliance to maintain Registers under various Labour Laws Rules 2017   ||    Ease of doing business - Initiatives by the Ministry of Labour & Employment   ||    बाल श्रम (प्रतिषेध तथा विनियमन) संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 में 14 से 18 साल की उम्र के किशोरों के हितों और अधिकारों का ध्यान भी रखा गया है। अब खानों, ज्वलनशील पदार्थ या विस्फोटकों से जुड़े जोखिम वाले कार्यों पर किशोरों को रखना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।   ||    बाल श्रम (प्रतिषेध तथा विनियमन) संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 के तहत 14 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों से काम करवाना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है। यह कदम भारतीय श्रम क्षेत्र को बाल श्रम के अभिशाप से मुक्ति दिलाने में मददगार साबित होगा।   ||    बाल श्रम (प्रतिषेध तथा विनियमन) संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 को लागू कर श्रम एवं रोज़गार मंत्रालय ने बाल श्रम मुक्त भारत की अवधारणा को सच करने की पहल की है।    ||    बाल श्रम (प्रतिषेध तथा विनियमन) संशोधन अधिनियम 2016 का अस्तित्व में आना बाल श्रम के खिलाफ हमारी लड़ाई की सबसे बड़ी जीत है।   ||    कनाडा और नॉर्वे के बाद भारत अब तीसरा ऐसा देश बन गया है, जो कामकाजी महिलाओं (वर्किंग वुमन) को सर्वाधिक मातृत्व अवकाश प्रदान करता है।   ||    1 अप्रैल 2017 को मातृत्व लाभ (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 लागू किया जा चुका है। श्रम एवं रोज़गार मंत्रालय द्वारा उठाया गया यह कदम एक महत्वपूर्ण योजना है।   ||    मातृत्व लाभ (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 को लागू कर हमने महिला सशक्तिकरण की अवधारणा को नई दिशा देने का प्रयास किया है।   ||    मातृत्व लाभ (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 को अस्तित्व में लाकर श्रम एवं रोज़गार मंत्रालय ने श्रम क्षेत्र के मज़बूत भविष्य की नींव रखी है।   ||    मातृत्व लाभ (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 का अस्तित्व में आना श्रम एवं रोज़गार मंत्रालय की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।   ||    Code on Wages Bill 2017 - As introduced in Lok Sabha on 10.08.2017   ||    The Industrial Disputes (Central) Amendment Rules,2019  ||    The Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Rules, 2019  ||    The Maternity Benefit (Mines and Circus) Amendment Rules, 2019  ||    The Minimum Wages (Central) Amendment Rules, 2019  ||    The Payment of Wages (Air Transport Services) Amendment Rules 2019  ||    The Payment of Wages (Railways) Amendment Rules, 2019  ||    The Payment of Wages (Mines) Amendment Rules, 2019

Changing the Text Size


Changing the size of the text refers to making the text appearing smaller or bigger from its standard size. There are three options provided to you to set the size of the text that affects the readability. These are:



Large: Displays information in the large font size.


Medium: Displays information in a standard font size, which is the default size.


Small: Displays information in the small font size.


To change the text size:


Select or Image Displayed on the top of the page.


Changing the Contrast Scheme


Changing the contrast scheme refers to applying a suitable background and text contrast that ensures clear readability.


There are two options provided to you to change the contrast scheme. These are:


High contrast: Applies the black color as the background and suitable colors to the text on the screen to improve readability.


Standard contrast: Brings the screen back to its original appearance.


To change the contrast scheme:

Select image displayed on the top of the page to change the contrast.


Note: Changing the contrast scheme does not affect the images on the screen.


Using the Search Facility


Simple search will be available on home page from where user can search on basis of content and keyword available in documents/reports/picture/press release/news.


Searching Tips


When searching, don't enter plural forms such as "press releases" because the server will only find documents with releases (plural) in the title or keywords. If you enter release (singular), the server will list entries with both release and releases.


All searches are case-insensitive. That is, words are looked for regardless of capitalization.
